What?

A wedding planner, or wedding coordinator, is someone who helps you plan and coordinate your wedding. I can help you with planning your time table, to find vendors, or to book vendors for you, to be in contact with them and coordinate the whole thing on your wedding day. If you choose me to be your wedding planner, (not coordinator), I can combine this with being your wedding photographer as well!

Who?

I am Matilda. I’ve worked as a wedding photographer since 2018, photographing over 70 weddings. And, I’ve learned a thing or two about weddings over the years. I’m great at planning, I love having many ongoing projects, making lists and organise events. I’ve got great knowledge of the wedding industry in Finland, and can help you with anything from planning your timetable to coordinate the vendors on your wedding day.

Why?

I can help you with anything from a one hour consultation meeting, including a wedding guide to help you plan your wedding, to coordination of the whole wedding. Just fill in the form and we will see what solution is the perfect one for you.

Consultation

One hour consultation meeting over teams, including a wedding guide to help you plan your wedding. You can book several consultation meetings if needed.
Price: 105€ (incl. VAT 25,5%)

Wedding planning

I help you to plan your wedding, find the right vendors for you, you can then choose if I contact and book the vendors for you, or if you do it yourself. Does not include coordination on the wedding day.
Price: from 450€ (incl. VAT 25,5%)
(this package is able to combine with a wedding photography package)

Wedding coordination

I help you to plan your wedding, book the right vendors for you, and I’m the contact person for your vendors, both before and during the wedding.
Price: from 2000€ (incl. VAT 25,5%)
